What Does the Following Test Result Mean?

Hi, Can I know is this normal report or is there an issue, as my doctor says Rapid progressive 0% is a concern 1. 1st Report with 6 days abstinence and results are a. Volume - 3.1 ml b.sperm concentration - 38 million/ml Total sperm count . ejaculation - 117.8 million c. Motaility at 37 C - 45% d. Rapid progressive - 0% e. Sluggish linear - 20% f. Non Progressive - 10% g. Immotile -15% h. Normal Morphology - 15% 2. 2nd Report with 2 days abstinence and results are a. Volume - 1.3 ml b.sperm concentration - 53 million/ml Total sperm count . ejaculation - 68.9 million c. Motaility at 37 C - 65% d. Rapid progressive - 0% e. Sluggish linear - 35% f. Non Progressive - 20% g. Immotile -10% h. Normal Morphology - 15%

Let me explain you your semen report .....

According to WHO criteria following are normal range ....
Count : greater than 15 million / ml
Motility : 40%
Rapidly progressive 32%
Morphology :strict criteria greater than 4%

Here yes your all finding normal except your rapidly progressive sperm ...
Which is 0% here ....So need to be concerned. .....

Avoid exposure to heat ...
Stress not taken ...
Avoid smoking and alcohol ...
L carnitine and zinc supplement might useful
Vitamin and mineral deficiency should be ruled out. ....

If conception not occurs than assisted reproductive technique should be used. ...

Take care .....

Consult andrology clinic for that .
